This is a repair bracket for 1-1/8 inch thick wood bi-fold doors, used when the door splits across the 3/8 inch or 7/16 inch pivot hole on the top or bottom of the bi-fold door. It is made of stamped steel, and it holds the door together tightly, providing a solid receptacle for the pivot to be reinstalled.
The bi-fold door repair bracket is constructed from steel and is designed to repair doors that have split at the top or bottom pivot. This style bracket fits 1-1/8 in. thick doors and accepts either a 7/16 or 3/8 in. pivot. It is 1-7/8 inch long and 1-1/8 inch wide (inside dimension) with a 7/16 inch hole.
This repair bracket is used to repair wood bi-fold doors that have split at the pivot hole. It can be used for either 3/8 inch or 7/16 inch pivot housings, and it holds the door tightly together to provide a newly repaired receptacle for the pivot pin.
